We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is received and approved. Order must be placed by 12 PM CST. Business days only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Signature Requirement
Due to the high value of our products, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. GOOD Hair is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GOOD Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
